Ever since I was shunted over onto Google+ I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to access this blog. I have a hard time just getting to it and even more when I try to add new material. At this point I’ve supposedly “fixed” the problem–all by my little self since apparently there is nobody there, there other than their little canned responses and a referral to other dissatisfied users to see how they solved their own problems. IF they solved their own problems. The most helpful response was to shut off my computer and when I turned it back on to use a different browser to access blogger so it wouldn’t be able to identify me as me since I’d be coming at them from a different location.
I don’t know about you, but I think it is really bad business when I have to mislead my blogger account in order to even get to it. If I continue to have problems with this I will move over to wordpress where the account I currently have with them has been virtually problem free….aaaaaaand when there is a problem there is always someone there to assist me.
In case you can’t tell, I am well and thoroughly annoyed by all this. I want to be able to sit down in front of my computer and write in my blog…and I have my thoughts in a row when I begin. But by the time I have used all my wiles and suggested alternate methods of accessing my own account, I have lost what I was thinking and also the desire to write anything at all.
So, today on In Stitches, there aren’t any stitches except for the virtual ones that I have had to use to keep my blog together and accessible to everyone, including me!
If I can get this far again…and I haven’t had to spend an hour trying to get here…I promise I’ll write happier thoughts and more about stitching than *itching.
